No. rtps2 strictly enforces a one-account-per-player policy. Duplicate accounts are detected automatically and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending winnings. If you accidentally created two accounts, contact [email protected] immediately to have the duplicate closed before any automated action is taken.
To permanently close your rtps2 account, email [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request" from your registered email address. Ensure your account balance is withdrawn before requesting closure, as funds remaining in a closed account may take additional processing time to be returned. Note that permanent closure is different from self-exclusion — if your reason is related to problem gambling, we strongly recommend self-exclusion instead.
