rtps2 Platform Agreement

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to rtps2, an online gaming platform operated for the benefit of Filipino players across the Philippines. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the rtps2 website, mobile site, games, promotional offers, customer support, and all other services made available through the rtps2 platform (collectively, the "Services").

By completing the account registration process, accessing any game, making a deposit, or claiming any bonus offered by rtps2, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form part of the same binding agreement between you and rtps2.

rtps2 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

2. Eligibility & Registration Requirements

To register and play on rtps2, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations enforced by PAGCOR.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts are not permitted.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or affiliate of rtps2 or any of its partner companies.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order imposed by rtps2 or by any gambling regulatory authority.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

rtps2 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and may request verification at any stage of the account lifecycle. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include: PhilSys National ID, passport, SSS/GSIS ID, driver's license, PRC ID, voter's ID, and postal ID. rtps2 may also request proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.

Failure to provide requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure. All KYC documentation is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws.

3. Account Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active rtps2 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited. rtps2 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed, and balances across all associated accounts may be voided.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your rtps2 login credentials, including your username and password. rtps2 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS for additional account protection. You must not share your login details with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use another player's account credentials.

rtps2 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately so that your account can be secured.

3.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. rtps2 will notify you by email prior to applying any dormancy fee. A monthly administrative fee may be deducted from dormant account balances. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Reactivation of a dormant account is possible by contacting our customer support team.

3.4 Account Currency

All rtps2 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in PHP using locally supported payment methods including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. No currency conversion fees are applied within the platform for PHP transactions.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on rtps2 is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your rtps2 wallet within seconds. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one business day to reflect, depending on the originating bank's processing schedule.

rtps2 accepts deposits only from payment methods owned and registered in your name. Deposits made from third-party payment sources will be returned where possible, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation. rtps2 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of identity verification (KYC). The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 10 minutes during operating hours. Bank withdrawals via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to 1–3 business days.

rtps2 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the transaction amount is significant or where unusual account activity has been detected. Withdrawals of winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

rtps2 is committed to full compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. rtps2 may suspend or close any account and report suspicious financial activity to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where legally required. Players must not use the rtps2 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by rtps2 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. Where a conflict exists between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while live table games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or zero toward wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

rtps2 actively monitors bonus usage patterns. The following activities are considered bonus abuse and will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in account suspension:

• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Using coordinated betting strategies designed to minimize risk while fulfilling wagering requirements.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or miscalculations in bonus mechanics.
• Colluding with other players to systematically extract bonus value.

5.4 Bonus Validity

All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and wagering progress that have not been completed before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. Expiry timelines are stated in each promotion's terms and are visible in your rtps2 account dashboard.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on rtps2 — including slots, live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, rummy, bingo, fortune bingo, sabong, and sports betting — operate under their own individual game rules. By participating in any game, you accept the applicable rules for that game.

rtps2 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual games. RNG certifications are conducted by independent third-party testing agencies. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studios and are subject to the rules of the respective live game operator.

In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including server disconnections, software errors, or incorrectly displayed results — rtps2 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager. rtps2 is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues outside its reasonable control, including internet connectivity failures on the player's side.

6.1 Sports Betting & Sabong

Sports bets placed on rtps2 — including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, football, and live sabong events — are governed by the specific sports betting rules published in the sports section of the platform. Odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. Bets on events that are cancelled, postponed, or voided will be refunded to the player's rtps2 wallet.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rtps2 platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any rtps2 game or service.
• Colluding with other players in card games, table games, or any multiplayer environment.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Accessing the platform while subject to a self-exclusion order.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with rtps2 software or systems.
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches for financial gain — these must be reported to support immediately.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward rtps2 staff or other players via live chat or any communication channel.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the rtps2 platform — including but not limited to the rtps2 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, promotional materials, text, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of rtps2 or its licensed partners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, license, or interest in rtps2's intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any rtps2 content without prior written authorization. Unauthorized use of rtps2 intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine intellectual property law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, rtps2 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or financial losses arising from technical malfunctions, interruptions, or errors beyond rtps2's reasonable control.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank) in the processing of transactions.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you failed to safeguard your login credentials.

rtps2's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their rtps2 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

rtps2 is deeply committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming among Filipino players. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, all accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in PHP. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when your gaming session has reached a set duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Termination by rtps2

rtps2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, identity fraud, bonus abuse, prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7, or where continued operation of the account poses a legal or regulatory risk.

In cases of termination due to a breach of these Terms, rtps2 may void the account balance. In cases of termination for non-breach reasons (e.g., rtps2 ceasing operations in a territory), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

11.2 Termination by Player

You may close your rtps2 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deducting applicable bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Note that self-exclusion and responsible gaming tools are available as an alternative to full account closure if you simply need a break from gaming.

12. Amendments to These Terms

rtps2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, rtps2 will notify registered players via email and/or a notification within the platform. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the rtps2 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of rtps2 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting rtps2 customer support. rtps2 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in good faith within 30 days of receiving a written complaint.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under Philippine consumer protection legislation.
