To comply with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering law, rtps2 requires identity verification before processing withdrawals. KYC data we may collect includes:

• Scanned or photographed copies of government-issued IDs (PhilSys National ID, passport, SSS/GSIS ID, driver's license, PRC ID, voter's ID, or postal ID)
• Proof of address documents (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certification)
• Selfie photograph for liveness verification
• Proof of payment method ownership where applicable

2.3 Financial Transaction Data

rtps2 records all deposit and withdrawal transactions processed through your account. This includes transaction amounts in PHP, timestamps, payment method used (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank), transaction reference numbers, and transaction status. rtps2 does not store full payment credentials such as GCash PINs, online banking passwords, or card numbers.

2.4 Gaming Activity Data

We log your gaming activity on the platform, including games played, wagers placed, outcomes, bonus usage, session duration, and responsible gaming limit settings. This data is used for account management, dispute resolution, responsible gaming monitoring, and platform improvement purposes.

2.5 Technical & Device Data

When you access rtps2, our servers automatically collect certain technical data, including your IP address, device type, operating system, browser type and version, screen resolution, referring URL, and session timestamps. • Contractual necessity: Processing required to fulfill our obligations to you as a registered rtps2 player (account management, transaction processing, game delivery).
• Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with Philippine law, including PAGCOR regulations, the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), and tax reporting obligations.
• Legitimate interest: Processing for fraud detection, platform security, responsible gaming monitoring, and improving our services — where these interests do not override your privacy rights.
• Consent: Processing for optional purposes such as marketing communications, promotional SMS/email, and personalized offers. You may withdraw this consent at any time.

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

rtps2 does not sell, rent, or commercially disclose your personal data to third parties. We may share your data with the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to appropriate data protection agreements:

5.1 Regulated Disclosures

rtps2 is legally required to share certain data with Philippine regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), and the National Privacy Commission (NPC), where demanded by law or court order. We will always endeavor to notify you of any such disclosure unless prohibited by law from doing so.

5.2 Service Providers

rtps2 engages trusted third-party service providers who process personal data on our behalf as Personal Information Processors (PIPs) under the DPA 2012. These include KYC verification technology providers, payment gateway operators, cloud hosting providers, fraud detection services, and customer support platform operators. All PIPs are bound by written data processing agreements that prohibit them from using your data for any purpose other than performing services for rtps2.

5.3 Game Software Providers

Game outcomes, wager amounts, and session data may be shared with licensed game software providers (e.g., live dealer studio operators) solely to the extent necessary to deliver the gaming service. These providers are contractually prohibited from using this data for independent marketing or profiling purposes.

5.4 No International Transfers Without Safeguards

If any personal data is transferred outside the Philippines to a service provider in another jurisdiction, rtps2 ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place — such as contractual data protection clauses — to maintain a level of protection equivalent to the DPA 2012 standards.

• Active account data: Retained for the lifetime of your rtps2 account plus any mandatory post-closure retention period.
• KYC and identity documents: Retained for a minimum of 5 years following account closure, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended.
• Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of 5 years per AMLC and BIR requirements.
• Gaming activity logs: Retained for up to 3 years from the date of each session for dispute resolution and responsible gaming audit purposes.
• Marketing consent records: Retained until consent is withdrawn, plus 1 year thereafter as evidence of prior consent.

After the applicable retention period has elapsed, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized so that it can no longer be attributed to an identifiable individual.

8. Data Security

rtps2 implements a comprehensive set of technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Our security framework includes:

9. Exercising Your Data Privacy Rights

As a data subject under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right to access, correct, delete, object to, and port your personal data held by rtps2. To exercise any of these rights, please contact our Data Protection Officer using the contact details in Section 12.

When submitting a data privacy request, please include your registered rtps2 username, a clear description of the right you wish to exercise, and a copy of a valid Philippine government-issued ID for identity verification purposes. rtps2 will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and will respond substantively within 30 calendar days, or within the timeframe required by NPC regulations.

rtps2 will not charge a fee for processing data privacy requests unless a request is manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive, in which case a reasonable administrative fee may apply. We will notify you of any such fee before processing your request.

10. Children and Minors

The rtps2 platform is strictly intended for persons who are 21 years of age or older in accordance with Philippine gambling law. rtps2 does not knowingly collect personal data from any person under the age of 21. Age verification is performed during the registration process, and KYC procedures are applied to confirm date of birth before withdrawal privileges are activated.

If rtps2 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, the associated account will be immediately suspended, all personal data will be deleted as soon as reasonably practicable, and the matter will be referred to the appropriate Philippine authorities where legally required. Parents and guardians who believe a minor may have created an rtps2 account should contact our support team immediately.

11. Updates to This Privacy Policy

rtps2 may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, new regulatory requirements, or improvements to our platform. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email and/or an in-platform notification. The updated policy will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the rtps2 platform following publication of an updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgment of the changes. If you disagree with any update, you have the right to close your account and request deletion of your personal data in accordance with Section 9.
